Sales
Sales can be viewed in our Author Dashboard where the information is broken down by month, venue, format, title, and ISBN.
Sales information is updated 7-10 days after the end of the month in which sales are made. If you see the message "No sales data available" when you attempt to download a report, it means there were either no sales to report that month, or that it has not yet been 7-10 days since the end of that calendar month and our reports have not yet populated the Dashboard.
Earnings
Royalty disbursements are initiated approximately 90 days after the end of the month in which the sales are made. It can take another 3-5 business days for these payments to appear in your account. The reason it takes 90 days for Gatekeeper Press to disburse royalties is because it takes this long for Gatekeeper Press receive the funds from all of our retail partners.
